I really enjoyed this story of friendship, love, and forgiveness from my Twitter friend Walking the Journey. I especially like this paragraph about seeing her husband facing the shame of his infidelity.

It’s important to embrace the other side.

46: This is the power of shame

The criminalization of infidelity encourages more secret keeping. Criminalization behavior won’t stop infidelities from happening but it does reinforce shame forcing more hiding, trickle truth, and secret keeping.
